San Pablo City in Laguna placed under state of calamity due to PaengPH
on Saturday declaring a state of calamity in the city due to the damage caused by Paeng, the San Pablo City Information Office said.
According to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council , 33 barangays were affected by the severe tropical storm.There were floods and landslides caused by strong winds and heavy rains, the CDRRMC added.on Sunday morning, PAGASA said in its 5 a.m. bulletin. Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Camarines Provinces, Western Visayas, and the rest of Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon may possibly have light to moderate with at times heavy rains on Sunday morning, the weather bureau added.
