Four people were held on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sale, transportation for sale of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Investigators with the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office foiled a plan to smuggle methamphetamine into Maguire Correctional Facility last month, the office said Thursday.
