The San Luis Obispo City Council voted to enact multiple new laws for pet owners in the city. The new laws will go into effect next month, after a second reading ofBoth San Luis Obispo County and the City of Grover Beach have already enacted stricter laws regarding dogs, cats and wild animals.
Only one question – if my neighbors large venomous snake eats my small dog while it’s pooping on his lawn does that count as feeding someone else’s pet, and am I responsible for picking up the waste remains of Fido… Or is it all moot because my neighbor can’t own a 12 foot cobra?
