NHL: San Jose Sharks reduce training camp roster by 13 players

SAN JOSE — The San Jose Sharks reduced their training camp roster by 13 players on Monday, sending five back to their respective junior teams and moving others to the Barracuda for the official start of their camp next month.

Forwards Nathan Pilling and Carson Wetsch, defensemen Nate Misskey and Colton Roberts, and goalie Dawson Cowan have all been assigned back to their junior teams. Without Dell and Cowan, the Sharks have five healthy goalies in camp. Yaroslav Askarov has been out with a lower-body injury since before camp started and has been considered day-to-day to this point.
