Police said the suspect had worked as a massage therapist since 2015 and performed the massages at his home.
SAN JOSE — A 73-year-old massage therapist was arrested in early March after an alleged victim accused him of sexual assault and a second victim was located, according to the San Jose Police Department.
Antonio Zacariz was arrested after the victim, a woman, alerted San Jose police of the alleged assault in July of 2022. During what police called a “comprehensive investigation,” an additional victim was identified. Authorities arrested Zacariz at his San Jose home on March 7. Police said he’s worked as a massage therapist since 2015 and performed the massages at his home.
