All drivers involved remained at the scene and cooperated in the investigation, according to the CHP
SAN JOSE — A man was killed after his vehicle was rear-ended on Highway 101 early Wednesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision was reported at 5:54 a.m.just north of Story Road, CHP San Jose area Public Information Officer Ross Lee said. The victim, who Lee described as a 39-year old Latino man, was rear-ended in his 2017 Toyota; the collision pushed the victim’s car into another vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
