A possible suspect was detained after the fatal shooting of a San Francisco man in East Oakland Friday night.
OAKLAND — A 39-year-old San Francisco man was fatally shot in East Oakland Friday night and a possible suspect was later detained, authorities said.The shooting happened about 10:27 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of 102nd Avenue, a mostly residential area.
A man was later detained in the area as a possible suspect and was being interviewed by investigators Saturday.
