San Diego police officer will not face criminal charges in alleged domestic violence incident [Breaking]
in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident will not face criminal charges, the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.
Officer James Walker, 42, was arrested Feb. 23, after a 911 caller reported the incident about 5:30 p.m. in Mira Mesa. San Diego police said Walker was off-duty and arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.The case was not the first time Walker faced allegations of criminal conduct stemming from a relationship.
They later dated for about four months, until January 2021, according to court records. She said she learned he was not fully separated from his wife and he later returned to his family. In court documents, Walker said his ex-girlfriend was angry and envious of his relationship with his wife.
