Hours after 22-year-old Alejandro Jose Confesor was caught on camera returning to the Linda Vista home where the alleged assault happened, he was in custody.
SDPD arrested Alejandro Jose Confesor on Sunday evening in the Linda Vista area for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 with force, sex crime with specific circumstances, assault with intent to commit rape or other sex acts during residential burglary, burglary, and trespassing.
On April 21, 2024, at about 3:25 a.m., the suspect was seen on video surveillance footage returning to the same home and entering the property. He did not gain entry into the main residence, and no one was harmed. Anyone with further information regarding these incidents or video surveillance from the area during the time of the incidents is encouraged to call SDPD’s Child Abuse Unit at 531-2210.
