San Diego man interviewed on CNN during Capitol breach sentenced to probation [Breaking]
Josiah Hueso is charged with misdemeanors related to the Jan. 6, 2021, breach
Hueso’s attorney wrote in a sentencing memorandum that her client spent just seven minutes inside the building. “He did not come intending to engage in violence, did not come prepared for violence, and did not participate in any violent acts,” the defense attorney wrote. “Even in the face of others acting violently, he did not join in their activity. He fully acknowledges that he was wrong to go into the Capitol and he regrets doing so.
