Steve Abbo, the owner of Crust Kitchen, said health inspection violations are just part of the restaurant business, but what sets him and his staff apart is that they act within 24 hours to correct any issues. Not everyone will be satisfied with every meal, he said, but the overwhelming majority of feedback was positive. When it came to complaints about poor quality, though, he said it must have been about another food provider. Abbo said he took pride in the meals that were provided to guests at the Crowne Plaza.
“But it was more scary having to go somewhere and not have people that I know around me that I can count on,” Cobb said.
