Hundreds of Sancarloseños joined the city government of San Carlos thru the Tourism Office in opening the Pintaflores Trade Fair 2023 at the Pintaflores Activity Area at the back of City Hall, Oct. 21. Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Benito Gustilo and Trade Fair Coordinator Helen Aledro led the ceremonial cutting of ribbon which marked the start of the 31st Pintaflores Festival celebration.

The said trade fair contains various food stalls, must-have items, ornamental plants, locally-made products, surplus items and clothes, locally-produced fruits and vegetables, and stages various entertainment. The City Agriculture’s Office and Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Office also showcased farm produce, handicrafts, and products made by locals.
