The woman reached out to MySA in January and said that Leonardo Jimenez Jr., the son of Tejano performer Flaco Jimenez, worked for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office and would help remove charges from her criminal record if she had sex with him in a San Antonio hotel. The woman said Jimenez Jr. “tricked me into having sex with him and said that he would get my record expunged if I did,” and she felt that he would “manipulate” her case if she didn’t do as he asked.

The woman claimed to have text messages and photos proving the encounter, which she shared with KSAT. According to the news station, Jimenez Jr. sent her two pictures of his penis and implied that she could be Flaco Jimenez’s daughter-in-law.
