San Antonio's GDP is forecasted to grow 1.4% in 2023, according to a report by the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprises.
Two other Texas cities made the top 10 for economic growth in 2023. Austin took the No. 2 spot with a projected GDP growth rate of 2.8%, while Dallas came in at No. 7 at 1.3%. "The economic pain caused by this downturn will be felt unevenly across the country," the report said.
