San Antonio Metro Health and H-E-B are re-launching the Diabetes Insulin Assistance Program, aimed at helping people manage the cost of diabetes medications. The program is available to residents of San Antonio and Bexar County who need financial assistance with the cost of their insulin prescriptions. Eligible participants could receive up to $100 per insulin prescription, including refills.
