“Celedino Saldaña deliberately shot at a police officer who was protecting the public and doing his job,” said Bexar County Criminal District Attorney Joe D. Gonzales, “Our officers risk their lives daily to ensure public safety, and we stand firmly behind law enforcement in their efforts to protect our community.”
