A Bexar County grand jury indicted a West Side dog owner Tuesday, accusing the man of allowing his extra-large dog, a Presa Canario , to attack a victim with whom he was having a dispute. Marcus Anthony Davila , 40, was indicted on charges of dog attack causing serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, court records show.
