San Antonio 12-year-old charged with threatening 'mass violence' against area schools 386th Juvenile District Court Judge Jacqueline 'Jackie' Valdés chose not to place the boy on probation, which would have allowed his parents to take him home. Judge Valdés also ordered a risk and psychological evaluation. His next court appearance will be in two weeks.
