Organizers of the annual Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner know putting on an event that feeds thousands requires numerous contributions from the community. A big part of what makes the annual event possible are the thousands of volunteers who cook, prepare and serve the Thanksgiving turkey dinners available to anyone in need of a meal and fellowship.
