Award-winning fantasy artist and San Antonio native John Picacio is breathing new life into the spirit of Día de los Muertos. Picacio, whose credits include work with George R.R. Martin of 'Game of Thrones' and 'A Song of Ice and Fire' fame, has teamed up with New York Times bestselling author Leigh Bardugo to co-write and illustrate ' The Invisible Parade ,' a new picture book inspired by the healing magic of Day of the Dead.
It's a book that we hope can open some doors at several levels.'
