SAN ANTONIO - So many people are flocking to the airport trying to get to their holiday destination.It is already busy here at the San Antonio International Air

It is already busy here at the San Antonio International Airport with people rushing to make their flight and if you are one of those people that will be making their way here today, here is what you need to know.

Officials with the airport say that they are expecting an even busier travel time than they experienced over thanksgiving.The busiest days are expected to be on Friday, December 27, after Christmas, and the Monday before New Year's Eve This past Friday was also the beginning of military leave so experts are saying you need to get to the airport even earlier in order to make your flight on time.

TSA Spokesperson Patricia Mancha says, "Here in San Antonio, specifically the Christmas travel season will be busier than the Thanksgiving travel season so if you traveled during Thanksgiving and said wow that's a lot of people then be ready for even more during the Christmas holiday season."There are also new parking options for travelers at the SA airport so that finding a spot will be stress-free.Also, TSA is reminding everyone of the rules to make it through security.

They will not tolerate any aggressive behavior towards the agents and will call law enforcement if it escalates.
