"If you violate it, mas mahirap matulog sa mga basketball court...Hindi siya dinesign para tulugan, para tirahan. Medyo magiging uncomfortable 'yung ating mahuhuli na violators ng hard lockdown." "Parola had a 24-hour lockdown. It can happen to Tondo, San Andres, basta nakikita namin na nalalagay sa alanganin ang aming mga kababayan na higit na nakararami," he told ANC.
Sampaloc as of Monday had 99 residents with COVID-19 and was monitoring some 285 probable carriers of the respiratory disease, the highest figure in Manila, he earlier said.
