Bee: We have certainly ingested the message that if that is your calling in life, you are in for a really treacherous road, so it makes sense. We have a new House Speaker who, the day after Roe, called for abortion providers to be given hard labor. On the other hand, surely ordinary Americans do not want their doctors going to jail. Bee: I agree: Most of us would prefer that our doctors are not doing telehealth appointments from a prison. That’s too real to be funny, but I have to laugh.
