Sam Bankman-Fried reportedly avoided the typical sardine breakfast in Bahamas 'Fox Hell' prison in favor of toast and jam
Disgraced crypto entrepreneur Sam Bankman-Fried is well known for being a vegan, and that translated into a different set of meals during his stint at a prison in the Bahamas earlier this month.prisoners at the Fox Hill prison — located in the Bahamas' capital city of Nassau — typically ate a meal of sardines and grits for breakfast and unseasoned beef with rice for lunch. It was common for meals to be served in moldy bowls, and dinner meals were often skipped.
Rather than be held with the broader prison population, Bankman-Fried was housed in Fox Hill's medical wing with as many as five prisoners in a dormitory-style room that was under constant supervision, according to the report.
