While waiting in the returns department on the luxury retailer’s downstairs jewelry floor last week, we wondered: what was the little, restaurant-like curved counter we saw through half-open curtains?
A chatty employee directed us to the new venue’s representatives, who shared that luxury fashion emporium Saks is launching a tiny, six-seat sushi spot, of all things.Hoseki will serve a 12-course omakase menu.Sushi by Bou“Continuing to push the boundaries of where sushi can be served, Weiss and Kim now provide an oasis for hungry shoppers,” we further learned from the reps.
Hoseki will offer a $95 omakase meal as well as a selection of a la carte hand rolls priced at $35, $40 and $70.
