The remaining outlets will serve primarily as a selling channel for residual inventory from Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman, it said.The company will also close the remaining five Last Call stores, which are outlet locations that serve as a discount channel for Neiman Marcus.The company said that gift cards to both discount retail stores will continue to be accepted until Saturday, Feb.14. For saksoff5th.com, they will be accepted until Feb. 13. After these dates, they will no longer be honored. Returns and exchanges for merchandise purchased before the closing sales will be accepted in accordance with the company’s usual policies. However, all merchandise purchased during the closing sales in the physical store and online will be final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.Saks will continue to accept payments with SaksFirst and InCircle credit cards during closing sales, but new purchases at Off 5th stores and website and Last Call will not earn rewards. Any existing rewards can be redeemed until Sunday, March 1 at physical stores and until Saturday, Feb. 28 for the website. The shipping policy for saksoff5th.com during the closing sale is unchanged. Customers can continue to receive free shipping on standard delivery for qualified purchases of $89 or more. Earlier this month, Saks filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as it struggled to make payments on debt it took on for its $2.65 billion acquisition of Neiman Marcus in 2024.
