Saifuddin Nasution, who is also the home minister, said the reason he has yet to read the letter was because his ministerial duties have kept him occupied. “Muda is still bound by the unity government MoU. I received before the last general election , but as of now, I haven’t read anything yet, because I have been at the ministry’s office this whole time,” he said during a news conference after the Home Ministry’s monthly staff meeting.
On February 8, Amir had on Twitter said Muda was not invited to the secretariat meeting, even though its backdrop displayed the logos of all coalitions and parties in the unity government, including that of Muda.
