KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 1,433 inspections on home quarantine orders were conducted on Saturday (July 18), says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Senior Minister said all of those inspected complied with the standard operating procedure for home quarantine.
"A total of 934 Malaysians returned on Saturday via flights at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and KLIA2. "Only one of them was sent to the hospital for treatment while the others were ordered to quarantine themselves at home. "They returned from several countries, including Japan, Indonesia, Qatar, Singapore and India," he said in a statement on Sunday ."A total of 20,937 tested negative for Covid-19 while 77 others were positive," he said."Four sites followed SOP while seven others were not in operation.
"From April 20 until July 18, a total of 3,219 sites adhered to the SOP, 541 sites were issued with warnings while 10 sites were ordered to close," he added.
