NSTnation: “We need to have a consistent supply of kits for more accurate figures that will reflect the real situation.' testkits Covid19 coronavirus Sabah
State Health and People’s Wellbeing minister Datuk Frankie Poon said besides personal protective equipment, the medical fraternity is in dire need of test kits.
“We need to have a consistent supply of kits for more accurate figures that will reflect the real situation. “It is also important to make the fact known so everyone will cooperate. The earlier the movement control order is lifted, the better it is for everyone,” he said after the handing over of face masks from the Ma Zhong Friendship Association Sabah to the state.
Meanwhile, Oh said the association has been helping the Sabah government procure donations of medical protective equipment from China, but is expecting delays due to limited air services to transport them here.
