Shafie Apdal menemui anggota barisan depan ketika meninjau sekatan jalan di Kapayan, Kota Kinabalu hari ini.
Shafie berkata, perkara itu pernah dibincangkan dengan bekas perdana menteri, Dr Mahathir Mohamad dalam rundingan mengenai kenaikan royalti minyak sebanyak 20%. Shafie berkata, beliau mendapat respons positif daripada semua syarikat minyak yang beroperasi di Sabah ketika membincangkan pelaksanaan cukai jualan itu.
