He said SK Nexilis and SBH Kibing Solar New Materials Sdn Bhd are facing challenges in hiring skilled workers, besides other infrastructure issues.State Industrial & Entrepreneur Development Minister Phoong Jin Zhe acknowledged the problem and said that he is looking into resolving it.
