Sabah cops seize smuggled liquor worth RM2.3 million
SABAH police seized various brands of liquor estimated to be worth RM2,367,099 and believed to have been smuggled into the state, in three separate raids in Kota Kinabalu, on June 23 and 29.
Sabah police commissioner Zaini Jass said the raids resulted in the seizure of seven containers with 18,320 boxes of liquor while seven individuals were detained. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. Sign-up now and enjoy one week free access!
