KOTA KINABALU: Parts of the state capital here and west coast areas have been affected by power outages for a second day.
After a massive power outage on Tuesday which left people in the area without any electricity for up to five hours, consumers experienced a second round of power failures in many areas in Kota Kinabalu, Penampang and Putatan around 6pm on Wednesday .
Due to the blackout, many motorists were caught in traffic jams in different parts of the city here and Penampang as traffic lights were not working.
