Ramokgopa unpacks impact of shutdown on blackouts
That is according to Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, who was visiting Kendal power station.There has also been improved generation capacity with marked improvements at six power stations.
"A combination of that has meant that we've got some degree of reprieve and that's why we didn't have loadshedding," the minister said.Ramokgopa said the results are coming to bear fruit and they are beginning to add additional momentum.
