A group called the People Against Petrol and Paraffin Increases has made contact with the Russian Embassy regarding the escalating fuel prices in South Africa. | WitnessKZN

The group said considering the high fuel increase in South Africa, the country is heading towards a worse financial state.

The organisation said the fuel hikes put pressure on businesses, the freight industry, public transport, E-hailing fares and the public.
