The High Court found that the land was invalidly prescribed, and that the pair should have been given notice of the declaration.government plans to change the Criminal Consolidation Act and will introduce a billIf successful, each location would be declared as a prescribed place, including the Cowirra-based property known as Ponde which was a meeting point for Hells Angels members.
"We have been very, very successful in South Australia at ridding ourself of the scourge of the thugs and criminals that make up outlaw motorcycle gangs.
