A San Antonio area man accused of 'injecting' methamphetamine into a 1-year-old baby who was severely injured in November has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Bexar County Sheriff 's deputies arrested Dustin Michael Lawrence , 31, and the child's mother, Amanda Kelley Mann , 32, on Nov. 5, 2023, after the child was taken to a hospital with severe burns. Lawrence pleaded no contest on Aug.

He said the 1-year-old was burned on her face and body by boiling liquids on the stove, and that the couple 'injected' the baby with methamphetamine after applying burn ointment on the baby's wounds.
