Christopher Henry Richardson , the youngest person ever to con a San Antonio bank, says he perpetrated his latest fraud — in which he created a fake political action committee — for a worthy cause: national health care reform. Richardson, 37, pleaded guilty this spring in Washington , D.C. , to making fraudulent entries related to the PAC , whose purported mission was to back Democratic candidates in key U.S. Senate races in 2020. The San Antonio native's sentencing is Thursday.

Colby claimed Richardson was sexually assaulted by a guard when he first entered federal prison at age 22, and that his PTSD resulted from that attack.
