Lucy Mecklenburgh has shared a series of sweet videos showing her fiancé Ryan Thomas holding their newborn son Roman while working out.
Roman lies in a small bed as his dad says: "Are you ready Roman? We're doing our RWL workout!" Lucy then moves the camera over to her son before adding: "Are you working out with daddy?" The next workout sees Ryan performing diagonal lunges as he continues to hold Roman in his arms. He ends the workout by doing press ups as his son lies down in his bed.
It comes as Lucy recently hit back at claims that she's a "hypocrite" for going for a walk with her baby son and Ryan while urging people to self-isolate amid the coronavirus outbreak.
