Mechanism registrar Abubacar Tambadou, in a grey suit and red tie, represented the United Nations Secretary-General. The government will take possession of the facility on February 28, the UN official said. This will help to"relieve the pressure on the national high security prisons in one way or another," the Tanzanian military official said.
