Joe Pryce hopes to be able to announce the new boys after Saturday

Rutherglen Glencairn boss Joe Pryce hopes to have landed all six of his transfer targets, as he looks ahead to next season’s West of Scotland First Division title challenge.

He said: “We’ve got one striker in, hopefully another coming in, two goalkeepers, and we’ve certainly got one midfielder, and are hoping to get another one in to help us out. “It’s not like last year where we had to have a complete rebuild, almost, because we lost 11 players. There are only one or two moving on, but loan players have gone back to their clubs.

“The board have been excellent in backing me. Not that we’ve been looking for a lot of money, because we don’t do that, the ones we’re bringing in are free or out of contract.
