Ruth, who shares 21 year old Jack with Eamonn, struggled to contain her emotions as she described the impact of Jack leaving home. Following the chat, Ruth shared a photo of herself crying during the video call on her social media, admitting her embarrassment with the words: "I can't believe I cried."
