Our Rutgers vs. USC predictions are going against the Trojans, a team that's fumbled an encouraging start over the last three games.
USC has watched its season take a turn for the worst over the last month and now welcomes Rutgers into the Coliseum on Friday, a team competing enough to keep things within this 14-point spread.
Nonetheless, USC is a two-touchdown home favorite this week.
