Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will remain behind bars, according to a decision filed by the judge overseeing the “Rust” movie armorer's case on Monday.

Reed, who was the armorer on the set of the movie “Rust” in 2021, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in March and sentenced to 18 months in prison for the killing of the film’s cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins. The judge’s decision comes as a result of Reed’s attorneys filing a motion to dismiss the charge against her following the stunning mid-trial dismissal of Baldwin’s charges in July.
