THE RUSSIAN OIL ban is set to be bolstered by a new €210billion (£177,4billion) plan from the European Commission that is set to be announced on Wednesday.
Russia supplies 40 percent of Europe’s gas and 27 percent of its oil which has caused the European Union to reconsider its energy policies after threats by Russia to cut supplies in response to sanctions.The European Commission is set to unveil a plan that outlines three main points to tackle the issue.
