Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Sunday accused Russian forces of abducting a second Ukrainian mayor, Yevhen Matveyev, from the southern city of Dniprorudne.The report comes days after Ukrainian officials said Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov was captured by Russian forces.
