The facility reportedly housed radar and satellite equipment.
Mikhail Razvozhaev, the Kremlin-installed governor of Sevastopol, said early on Monday that the port city was experiencing a drone attack, adding that the Russian military had 'already shot down one drone in the area of Cape Fiolent.'Razvozhaev warned residents to stay away from 'falling fragments' around the Cape Fiolent area, and said at around 6:20 a.m. local time that the attack was 'repelled' with no casualties.
