Valery Kogan and his wife Olga have listed their penthouse at 15 Central Park West for $65 million and their French-style Plaza condo for $38 million.

Details include a private elevator landing, which opens to a double-height foyer with a sweeping staircase. There’s also a corner living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room with city skyline views. The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Adam Rothman, who declined to comment.
The couple’s holdings also include a $250 million estate in Israel modeled after the White House and Versailles that they listed in 2020 — and made after bulldozing five separate homes.
