Biden says he supports expelling Russia from Group of 20 nations as punishment for invasion of Ukraine

The killing of Russian journalist Oksana Baulina from Russian shelling in Kyiv marks a “tragedy” and another example of the deadly consequences of Russia attacking civilian sites, an adviser to Ukraine’s minister of internal affairs said Thursday.

Baulina was covering the war as a correspondent for the Insider, an independent Russian news site. The Russians “just kill peaceful civilians and sometimes they just conduct artillery shelling against Kyiv without any logic,” he said.
