NFL insider Jay Glazer, a close friend of Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, predicts that Russell Wilson will likely leave the Steelers organization. Glazer also believes a return to Pittsburgh is unlikely and doesn't foresee Wilson landing with the Las Vegas Raiders. He states that the Steelers are still unsure about their starting quarterback for the 2025 season.

According to Glazer, who is the best friend of Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, Wilson will likely be gone from the Steelers ' organization. Glazer also does not expect Wilson to land with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Glazer added that he was unsure if Justin Fields would return. At this point, Glazer believes the Steelers do not know who their quarterback will be for the 2025 season.
